This Privacy Statement (“Privacy Statement”) describes how Amp Americas II Holdings, LLC and its affiliates (“Amp”) collects, uses, transfers and discloses personally identifiable information obtained through this website at http://www.ampamericas.com (“Site”).  By using this Site or submitting any personally identifiable information to Amp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Statement and the Amp terms of use.

Active Information Collection
